SESSION DESCRIPTION: In order to provide successful support for those with complex Behavioral Health and/or Medical needs agencies need to be prepared. This two-part webinar series will provide agency’s the tools to build their preparedness in the areas of DHHS and community resources, training, designing and implementing a comprehensive intake process for those with Behavioral Health complexities. 


SESSION OBJECTIVES: 

  • Participants will build awareness related to available resources for individuals with complex needs, including state and community-based resources. 
  • Participants will become familiar with strategies that an agency can employ to be well-prepared to serve people with complex behavioral and medical needs. 
  • Participants will gain awareness of a comprehensive intake process that includes considerations for matching a client to available programs and services. 

  • Registration fee for individuals who work for an organization that are members of MACSP or ANCOR.

  • Registration fee for individuals who do not work for an organization that is a member of MACSP or ANCOR.
