About the Presenter:
Rebecca "Becca" Emmons serves as the Membership Coordinator for the Maine Association of Community Service Providers (MACSP), bringing more than 20 years of experience in disability support services across both child and adult programs. Before her current role, Becca was the Executive Director of Mobius Inc., where she demonstrated her leadership and commitment to enhancing services for individuals with disabilities. Becca's professional expertise spans coordinating, developing, and facilitating training, technical assistance, and quality assurance initiatives for peer and statewide trade associations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from the University of Maine Farmington and a Master’s in Public Health Administration from the University of Minnesota. In her time at MACSP, Becca has spearheaded two significant special projects: the Capacity Assessment Tool for Increasing Access to Self-Directed Services (2022) and the Training and Technical Assistance Project for New Mainer-Led Organizations Supporting People with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, and Brain Injury (2024). Her dedication to fostering inclusive services and empowering providers is at the core of her contributions to the field.
